It is our  pleasure to present a selection of outstanding menu items representative of Chef David Paul’s innovative creations featuring farm fresh produce grown right here on the Big Island, natural and organic game birds, lamb and beef, and of course the freshest fish from Hawaiian waters. Typical menus include an appetizer (passed or plated) soup or salad, dinner entrée and a dessert for one set price.
